Website Terms

Scope and Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the public Aiden Solutions website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. A pilot, paid deployment or other customer service is subject to its own written scope and commercial terms.

Website Information and Sample Tools

Website content is general information, not a quote, forecast or guarantee. The assumption model is illustrative and uses the values selected by the visitor. The interactive AI demo uses labelled sample responses rather than customer data.

Aiden outputs should not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, safety or compliance advice. Higher-risk decisions require appropriate human review and source verification.

Acceptable Use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site or its services, submit malicious code, probe for credentials, misuse another person's information, or use the site unlawfully.

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, Aiden-branded website content is owned by or licensed to Crow Flies Pty Ltd. Base44 and other third-party software, trademarks and content remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site uses Base44 and may link to external websites or services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean that Aiden controls or endorses all content on the destination site.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend or remove website content or features. We do not promise that the public site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability and Non-Excludable Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on this public website or its illustrative tools. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy and Security

Our Privacy Policy explains the website's information handling. Our Security & Governance page explains the Base44 platform foundation and shared implementation responsibilities.
