Scope

This policy explains how the public Aiden Solutions website and its AI roadmap enquiry process handle personal information. A customer implementation may involve additional data practices that must be documented in the relevant proposal or agreement.

Information We Collect

When you request an AI roadmap, we collect the fields shown in the form: your name, email address, business name, current challenge and, if you choose to provide them, your company website, industry, team size and phone number.

The site may also record limited usage events, the page on which your visit began, referral information and campaign parameters such as UTM values. Base44 authentication features process account and sign-in information when those features are used.

Please do not submit passwords, access credentials, confidential documents or sensitive personal information through the public roadmap form.

How We Use Information

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess an appropriate first use case, prepare the requested roadmap, communicate with you, operate and secure the website, and understand how the site is being used. We do not sell personal information.

Service Providers and Processing

The website uses Base44 for application hosting, data storage, authentication, permissions and backend functions. A connected Gmail account is used to notify Aiden administrators of roadmap enquiries. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

Processing or storage locations may depend on the provider and plan configuration. Base44 data-residency controls should not be assumed unless they are available on the selected plan and expressly agreed for the implementation.

Security

Base44 states that platform data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and that it is not end-to-end encrypted. On this site, lead records are restricted to administrators and public form submissions are handled by a backend function. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained in Base44 while they are needed to respond, manage a business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations or resolve issues. Records may then be deleted or de-identified, subject to any requirement to retain them.

Access, Correction and Privacy Enquiries

You can ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing privacy@aiden.solutions. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing a record.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the website, providers or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
